Your generosity helps our relief workers feed babies struggling during hunger crises, protect children caught in the cross-fire of unrest, provide health care for AIDS orphans, teach troubled youth to read, defend girls from exploitation and so much more.

Thanks to people like you, Save the Children reached more than 85 million children in need in 2011, an increase of 12 million over 2010.

We responded to the needs of 7.6 million children caught up in natural disasters in 2011, including the Japan earthquake and tsunami, tornadoes in Alabama and Missouri and drought in the Horn of Africa.

Our growing U.S. program served more than 185,000 children in early childhood education, literacy, nutrition and physical activity, and disaster preparedness.

Sadly, we know firsthand that there are far too many children who aren’t getting the help they need. And that’s where YOU made a difference.
